A bridal sitting is not a browse. It is a family at a counter, with time, deciding the pieces the bride will wear on the day and keep after. The haar first. Then earrings. Then the maang tikka, tried with the haar on. Then the nath. Then the baju band, sized on the arm. Then the mangalsutra. That order is not a display habit.

The necklace or haar is the piece the sitting turns on. A short city set. A longer haar. A laxmi har. South Indian coral. Antique designer work. A necklace that comes with earrings. You put it on. You walk. You sit. You look at the neckline and the blouse, not at a phone. The fall has to be tried on, because a photo lies about length.

Once the haar is on, the rest has somewhere to go. Weight on the neck changes how earrings hang. It changes how high a tikka can sit. It changes whether a nath looks like part of the set or like a second thought. Start anywhere else and you are matching backwards.

The language of the set

Old gold from the house often comes in on the same evening as the new haar. That is normal. Bring it. They will weigh it and say what they can do that day. We think long term. A family that is treated badly on old gold does not come back for the next wedding.

If you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. Because we care about the customer being satisfied.

Sit before the function, not the morning of. Custom work needs days. A remake needs more. Most staff have stayed over 10 years. When a mother brings her daughter, someone at the counter often remembers the first set. We are not a super large store with hundreds of staff who keep changing. That is why the remake promise is possible. It is the same face, not a ticket number.

We do not sell online. A haar has to be worn. A baju band has to close on the arm. A nath has to sit with the face. Message the counter you use. Walk in. Sit with the weight.

We think long term. A daughter who sits badly this year does not bring her own daughter later. People have been trusting these stores for generations. That is the work. Not a slogan.
