A cropped story is enough. Say what must stay — the fall of the haar, the height of the setting, the length of the chain — and what can move. They answer with metal, stones, approximate weight and the number of days. We do not publish those numbers on this site. They belong to that piece, on that day, at that counter. You do not need a CAD file. You do not need a brief written like an agency. You need a picture and a clear sentence. The whole piece, not a cropped sparkle. Hallmark 916. Same QC as the rest of the tray. If the reference is temple or antique, say so. If it is Italian-looking and light, say so. Those are different sittings. You do not need all four. ## You see it at the counter, not only on WhatsApp You see the piece in the room. A haar has to be worn. A ring has to be sized on the finger. A nath has to sit with the face. A baju band has to close on the arm. A photo lies about all of that. If you don’t like it, give it back and we will remake it. We try to do what is right for the customer at that point, rather than talk you into keeping something that sits wrong. That remake is the point. It is not a slogan for a banner. Families use it for a haar that has to match jewellery already in the house, for a chain in a length the tray does not have, for a pair of jhumkas that have to sit with a set bought in 2014. Most staff have stayed over 10 years, so the person who took the first screenshot is often the person who hands you the piece. That is why the remake promise is possible.
