## What we collect

If you message or call a showroom, that conversation lives on WhatsApp or the phone, not in a website database. We do not run a mailing-list popup. We do not embed a shop.

## Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog's US Cloud service to understand how visitors use this website and where the browsing or enquiry experience can be improved. Unless you turn it off or your browser sends a privacy signal, analytics and masked session recording are enabled without an initial cookie popup.

### Returning visits and browser storage

PostHog stores a randomly generated browser identifier in first-party cookies and local storage. This lets us connect visits from the same browser across days and see its browsing history in an analytics profile. The cookies have a configured lifetime of 365 days; your browser may remove them sooner. Local storage remains until it is cleared.

This identifier does not automatically tell us your actual name, email address or phone number. We do not link it to a customer account, and we have not implemented identification that joins your activity across different browsers or devices. Clearing site storage or using a different browser can create a new identifier.

### What the analytics includes

We record page visits, visit timing, browser and device information, a referring website's domain or a general referral category, and interactions such as collection views, scrolling, opening questions and clicking showroom contact links. PostHog receives your IP address when your browser sends these requests. Our project is configured to derive an approximate location, then discard the IP address instead of storing it with analytics events.

Session recordings show how a visit moves through the website. Public text, including headings, descriptions and button labels, can appear alongside the site's images and layout. Input fields, including passwords, remain masked; private content and calculator amounts and derived results are masked or blocked. We do not send values you enter into website fields or the content of your WhatsApp messages to this analytics integration. A contact-click event tells us that a link was clicked, not what you later say or send to the showroom.

### Your choice in this browser

You can turn analytics and session recording off or on here. The preference is saved in this browser. Turning it off does not automatically delete analytics already collected, and clearing site data may also remove your saved preference.

We keep analytics and session recording off when your browser sends Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC). The control below does not override either signal.

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may process technical request logs to deliver and protect it. This browser preference controls PostHog analytics, not hosting logs or separate WhatsApp and phone conversations. We will not sell your number to a marketplace.

## Showroom records

Bills, hallmark certificates and photographs you send for custom work are handled at the store, for the purpose of making or servicing a piece. Ask the counter if you want a copy.
